Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD from Pinnacle systems is an excellent CD burning product and our bronze "TopTenREVIEWS Bronze Award" for CD burning software. With its simple style high-quality CD buring production, Instant CD/DVD would easily rival the leading CD buring software with the addition of a few features.
The only reason Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD received a #3 rank instead of #1 is because this product is missing a few vital features, including the ability to change software languages and erase rewritable disks. With the addition of these features Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD would be a good candidate for the top spot.
Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD has many popular features, including the easy drag and drop feature which allows for individual track selection. This software also enables the modification of the sound tracks by removing silence between the tracks. This program includes a convenient CD-labeling feature too.
Ease of Use:
Instant CD/DVD is extremely easy to use. The opening screen features several self-explanatory icons that automatically direct you to the part of the program you need. A novice computer user would have no problems running this software.
Ease of Installation:
The installation and setup was smooth and uncomplicated. The process was error-free and fast.
Quality of Copy:
There was no distortion in the audio quality and no skipping in the songs-top quality audio. We could not tell the difference between the original disc and the copied versions.
Summary:
Overall, Instant CD/DVD is an excellent product. With its easy to use screen, high-quality copy capability and excellent help documentation, Pinnacle is an impressive CD buring product. With the addition of a few convenient features, this product would rival any leading CD burning software.
