Virtuosa is a very good CD burning program. With its easy installation and its ability to produce an excellent CD, Virtuosa is a good choice for the intermediate user.
Virtuosa offers all of the features required to produce a high-quality CD. These features allow you to create a professional-sounding quality CD containing only the songs you want. But Virtuosa lacks a few convenient features common to competitive CD-burning software packages. For example, Virtuosa does not allow the burning of any type of disc besides a CD-R. It also does not allow the erasing of a CD-RW and there is no RAW mode copying available. Also missing from this software package is the option to back up your personal data files.
Virtuosa earned a three-box ranking in the ease-of-use category due to its imminent difficulty for the new consumer. With some prior experience with CD-burning software, this program is pretty easy to navigate. For the new user, some studying of the program will be required to complete the burning process.
The installation and setup process offered by Virtuosa is excellent and received a four-box ranking. We encountered no difficulties and the process was error-free.
The help documentation was very useful. Each topic is listed in the navigation area and offers direct access to the topic you need. With a bit more clarity of subject matter, the help section would be much easier to use.
Overall, this program is very good and offers several convenient features. Virtuosa has all of the necessary components to burn a high-quality CD.
